DISCOVERY / INTRODUCTORY FLIGHT LESSONS
Q: How much notice do you need to book a reservation?
A: We generally recommend scheduling flights at least 3-7 days in advance. Bookings less than 48 hours away cannot guarantee availability.
Q: What is the booking policy?
A: All Discovery Flight reservations require payment in full at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable but we are happy to reschedule and transfer your balance to a new date.
Q: How do I prepare for my introductory “discovery” flight lesson?
Bring a valid ID, wear sneakers, and something comfortable for the ride. The cockpit is heated.
Q: Can I bring my camera?
Yes, absolutely! take aS many photos as you would like 🙂
Q: What happens in the event of inclement weather?
A: We will reschedule your reservation to the next best available date determined by the parties.
Q: Do you actually fly?
A: Yes!

Q: How long are the courses?
The length of our courses ultimately depends on your availability to complete the required program hours. PIlots must complete a minimum of 40 hours for a private pilots license.
Q: Do you offer instrument rating courses?
A: Yes, we have both CFII and Instrument Rated aircraft. Please contact us for more info
Q: Do you offer flight simulation?
A: We are equipped with an in-house flight simulator with optional instructor training.
Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: We are open Monday – Sunday from the hours of 9 am – 6 pm, flight and instruction times vary weekly.
